WB: What’s Different?

In a word: Attitude.

Working Breakfast is not just about getting referrals. Referrals are, of course important, leading to new customers and increased sales, but that is not the whole picture. At Working Breakfast, we encourage members to look for other ways to help each other. It is this attitude, of looking for ways to help each other that encourages the building of much stronger relationships.

At Working Breakfast we don’t demand that members fulfill “quotas” of referrals, or guests, or even attendance at meetings. Our members are mature business people who make their own decisions every day; once they decide to join a group they understand that helping their fellow members is the best way to build profitable relationships and so they don’t need rules to tell them what they must do.

Meetings, although they all follow a fixed agenda, are relaxed and informal, without losing sight of the fact that we are all there to build our respective businesses.

Working Breakfast members are also encouraged to visit our other groups, giving them access to a much wider range of new contacts.
